Responsabilities

Client support in their use of Epsilia solutions
Ensure the client's technical environment is ready to receive our products
Proceed with the installation and configuration of our solutions at the client's place of business (including RFID)
Install/configure barcode reader devices under WM and CE
Install/manage virtual and physical environments
Perform necessary tests to verify the smooth operation of our productsnos produits
Train clients
Revise technical documentation
Resolve technical issues
Manage data base
Coordinate work with external partners
Share your expertise with the team and act as a scout ready to face challenges
